By accessing/using/registering and submitting Personal Information/clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify affirmative acceptance of these Terms, you hereby represent that you are:

Of sound mind, have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and any and all future updates;

Agreeing to providing certain Personal Information as prompted by the account registration process;
Maintaining the accuracy/confidentiality of such information provided;
Fully responsible for the activities that occur under and within your Account;
Agreeing to notify Metlife Inc/The CareVoice Ltd immediately of any breach of security/unauthorized/suspected unauthorized use of your Account;
Agreeing to respect the Intellectual Property (IP) rights of app design/colours/layouts/sequence including any and all Content stored and accessible on the app; to refrain from copying/redistributing any portion in part or in whole for commercial gain;
Agreeing to use the Service within the interface and manner it was created for its purpose;
Agreeing to Metlife Inc and The CareVoice Ltd contacting you via phone calls and/or emails in response to any and all feedback submission and/or issue reporting;
Agreeing that Content/Advice/Opinion expressed in the articles belong to the creators and are not reflective of the positions taken by Metlife Inc or The CareVoice Ltd;
Agreeing that Metlife Inc and The CareVoice Ltd reserves the right without prior notice or reason to make changes/alter the visuals/content for upgrading;
Understanding and accepting that should the Service cease, all Personal Information and Data will be destroyed in accordance with the prevailing Laws of the country/Metlife Inc and The CareVoice Ltd contractual obligations pertaining to such actions;

Metlife Inc and The CareVoice Ltd reserves the right to restrict/cancel/terminate your access and/or account if it is discovered the Account is used to subvert, impair and/or disrupt services on the app with or without your prior knowledge.

Metlife Inc and The CareVoice Ltd reserves the right to and without prior notice/reason to cease operation of the app and Service, and all Data shall be destroyed per the prevailing laws of the country and/or contractual obligations between parties.

Disclaimer

All information provided on our app is in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on our app.

The Mental Health, Nutrition, Fitness and any other content on the app is for general information, educational, recreational purposes only, it is not a substitute/replacement for qualified and certified health/medical/physical guidance. Metlife Inc and The CareVoice Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”) built the 360Health app as a free-to-download app for Metlife Policyholders. This Service is provided by Metlife Inc and The CareVoice Ltd at no cost and is intended for use as is and as available.

This page is used to inform Policyholders/Users regarding the policies pertaining to the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information should our Service be used.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information for the purpose it was collected in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing, facilitating and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, for use of the 360Health app unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Incomplete responses will result in a rejection of your registration and denial of use of the app.

Minors’ Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect

identifiable information from persons under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, do not register on the app for the Service by sending in your Personal Information. In the event we discover that a User who is under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are the parent or legal guardian and you are aware that your child/ward has provided us with personal information, please contact us at feedback@thecarevoice.com so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

Information Collection/Log Data and Use

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service including in the case of an error in the app, we may collect data/information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other relevant statistics. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Data and Account Deletion

You can contact us by email to delete your data and account, we will remove your account and data after second confirmation with you and keep your data in the server for 6 months and then delete it completely.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
